What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email, camp profile, and the catch and guest records you enter. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects page views and technical usage data through our own domain. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and any name you provide so that we can contact you about access. If you upload a catch photo, we also store that image. Catch photos currently use public URLs and can be viewed by people who have the link.
Who processes the data
We use other companies to run the service. Each one only gets what it needs: Supabase (accounts, waitlist details, catch and guest records, and uploaded catch photos), Google (Analytics, only after you consent), and Vercel (hosts the site). Some of these companies process data in the United States. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie choice. Contact hei@safecamp360.com.
