Visthus Rorbucamping sits at the outer end of the 22 km-long Vistenfjorden in Vevelstad, on the Helgeland coast between Brønnøysund and Sandnessjøen. The family-run camp consists of well-equipped fisherman's cabins (rorbuer) and self-catering apartments, has a number of rental boats and spacious quay space for guests who bring their own boat. On site you will find a floating dock, a gutting shed and extensive freezing capacity, plus a shop and laundry room. The sheltered Vistenfjorden offers varied fishing for cod, saithe, haddock, wolffish, tusk and halibut, among others.
