The camp has ten rental boats: four 21-foot open boats and six 23-foot hardtop boats (Kværnø 630 and Kværnø 680 HT). Boats are fitted with echo sounders, GPS and safety gear. Fishing equipment such as rods, lines and flotation suits can also be rented.
When is the fishing season open?
Risøyhamn Sjøhus runs fishing rentals from April 1 to October 15. May through August brings the midnight sun and long fishing days, while September and October often offer the best cod fishing before the season closes.
